Christine is a 500hrs Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance certified in Hatha Yoga & Ashtanga Yoga, qualifying at the Mandala Yoga School in Nepal.

Originally from Ireland and a student of yoga for over 20years, Christine is now based in Dubai, leading private and group classes of gentle creative asana sequencing incorporating mantras, breath-work and meditation.

Yoga is the balance of body, mind and soul.
