Breathe with me Ritchie is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). Ritchie completed his training at the Adhiroha Yoga School in Rishikesh, India. He uses a combination of Hatha Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation techniques as the basis for his teachings. He also studies philosophies coming from the Vedas and other ancient written forms.
