Since I was a child I like taking care of people. My first degree is nursing technician, there I learned how to look after people. Two years after working in hospitals I started practicing yoga and felt in love with it.
I felt the need to deep dive onto it and did a 260 HYT- HATHA YOGA TRAINING. Then I realized that I wanted to pass that to more people as possible and started giving classes and soon I CO-FUNDED A YOGA STUDIO in Curitiba, Brazil.
Yoga taught me that care is in many ways related to rituals. Massage is one of them. I got interested in those connections and decided to do a 400 HOUR MASSAGE THERAPY TRAINING that made me realize that there is many ways to connect to Yoga through another practices. Ayurveda became important to my life after my first consultation with an Ayurvedic therapist. As its participation in my life was growing, I wanted to understand it better. I studied a 400 HOUR AYURVEDA TRAINING.
Through my journey I have had contact and studied other natural care such as Reiki, Meditation and Natural Magic (nature elements)
In 2019 I moved to Uruguay and offered yoga classes and massage to the community through an exchange program. Spanish classes in exchange for yoga and massage.
Currently, I live in Canada to improve my English and expand my Yoga knowledge through my second 200 RYT HATHA VINYASA YOGA TRAINING that I finished this year.
Namaste!
