I discovered yoga in 2019 when I was invited by a good friend to participate in a class with a small group of women which was being held in a quaint & magical space. Following my struggles with anxiety. Over the years my love for yoga lead me to become teacher.
I am passionate about teaching yoga, sharing my knowledge and helping others strengthen their physical, emotional and mental well being in achieving their health alignment.
My classes combine strengthening sequences, balances, flexibility and inspiration to help students deepen their practice.
