Shelly Sohi is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). Shelly completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in the beautiful country of Bali with the school, East+West. She has been practicing yoga as a student for >13 years before teaching and sharing the practice with others. Her training blends Eastern and Western styles of practice specializing in Hatha and Vinyasa forms of yoga.
