Sonia (Sundari) connected with Yoga deeper post covid after seeing the changes it brought in her life. She specialises in helping people of all shapes and sizes to tailor their practice to their specific needs and health restrictions. She completed 200hrs at My Vinyasa Practice, 300hrs of advanced training at Govardhan Eco Village and is currently studying further into Yoga Therapy and Sound Therapy. She conducts hatha yoga classes as well as her own regular spiritual practice in the Vaishnava Tradition and takes a holistic approach to teaching, with an emphasis on connecting yoga to the mental and emotional aspects of our lives.
