Yoga has been a part of my life since my late teens. I originally gravitated towards yoga as a way to release anxiety and find a way to ground myself. The practice offered me a sanctuary where I could escape the pressures of everyday life and connect with my body and my breath. Over time, I discovered that yoga brought a deep sense of calm and clarity to my mind, which was especially beneficial during my student years and generally during stressful times. The transformative effect it had on my well-being inspired me to share this powerful practice with others. I decided to become a yoga teacher to help guide people on their journey towards inner alignment. I completed my yoga teacher training in the beautiful island of Bali at House of Om (200h). I mainly teach Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. In my classes my emphasis is on Pranayama and Meditation.
Seeing the positive impact yoga has on the lives of others fuels my passion for teaching and encourages me to help people find balance and harmony amidst the challenges of daily life.
