Tilda Fraser is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Tilda has completed 200 hours of Ashtanga Vinyasa and Vinyasa Flow yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India. Her training covered yoga philosophy, anatomy, sequencing, and meditation.
Tilda aims to create a safe space for people to explore yoga at their own pace, by encouraging softness and self-love within classes.
Not just a yoga teacher, Tilda has been running for more than 10 years, as well as recently exploring weight lifting by working with other fitness coaches She incorporates her knowledge of other movements into her practices.
