Abby is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, having undertaken her 200 hours Multi-disciplinary Yoga Teacher Training at Orion Healing Centre in Southeast Asia.
Abby enjoys teaching a gentle yet strong form of Hatha and a spicy Vinyasa Flow. Her goal as a teacher is to make people feel strong, beautiful and empowered on the mat.
Abby is always interested in furthering her yoga knowledge so she can be the best teacher possible. She has completed a 24 hours Anatomy and Hands on Adjustments workshop with More Yoga London under Victoria Thomas and Kathy Richardson.
She is undertaking a 50 hours Yin teacher training with Erika Shapiro at MoreYoga London later this year.
