Missree is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). 

Missree was introduced to yoga at a very young age as a summer time activity. She brings knowledge and practice of yoga philosophy, asanas, pranayama and dhyana. She continues to learn and explore this journey of self awareness and is always keen to share and learn with fellow motivated individuals.
