I am a certified Vinyasa yoga teacher from Atman Yoga school, focusing on yoga philosophy and Ayurveda. In my classes I aim to create a warm and friendly atmosphere. There is a good guided flow with hands-on assistance, and it`s designed for students of all levels. My vinyasa classes are dynamic and joyful. I teach private as well as corporate yoga classes.

I deepen my approach to yoga through my daily yoga practice, on and off the mat, also taking part in training and workshops with inspiring teachers.

For me yoga is about finding my inner joy, harmony and freedom through discipline.

I also offer classes in yoga nidra, yin yoga, pranayama and meditation. I teach in Norwegian, and communicates fluently in English and Polish.
