Born in China, grew up in California and worked in New York for over 30 years, I am now based in Florida.

Before yoga, I was always on the go-go-go working as a professional ballet dancer both in the U.S. and abroad for 20+ years until I was hit with a major ankle injury, and that’s what brought me to yoga.  

As I deepen my practice, I experienced a complete transformation and learned that life is not about being perfect.  Yoga is all about listening to your body, honoring its limitation, integrating meditation and ultimately finding inner peace. 

Currently I teach group and private classes, both online and in-person in Hot Yoga, Vinyasa, Power Yoga and Yin Yoga.  I believe every student is unique with individual strength and growth potential, and my goal is to inspire, guide and support each student’s journey to mind-body health and wellness.
