Hristinka Maslarska is a Certified Anusara ® yoga teacher from the Anusara School of Hatha Yoga with over 15 years of experience.
She offers daily classes, workshops and seminars on Anusara® yoga, Pre-natal yoga, Yoga for arthritis and she has also been a Pilates Equipment coach since 2008.
Her classes are characterized by a playful spirit, dynamic Asana, therapeutic approach and heartfelt communication with students.
Hristinka is the founder of Hrdayam Yoga Center in the city of Kalamata, Greece.
