After practicing yoga for about four years, it was time for me to further my practice. I received my RYT-200 at Yoga Centric in Bel Air, MD in May 2023. Through teaching Vinyasa yoga, I encourage my students to feel and use the fire within themselves!
I have always been a very adventurous and creative person, and I feel as if yoga brought those traits out even more. I enjoyed sports and staying active throughout my childhood but needed to find something new. Yoga challenged me mentally and physically in such an amazing way that I instantly wanted to continue this practice. To this day, I use all the tools that yoga provides, every day.
Yoga has truly enhanced my life in many ways. Going through teacher training at just 21 years old was one of the greatest things I could have ever done. Having all these amazing tools at a young age has given me confidence as well as life tools. Yoga helped me enter adulthood and made me realize that I control my own happiness.
Outside of the studio, I spend a lot of my time with my friends and family, spending time outside, and am also a full-time student at Towson University.
My classes are filled with heart openers and embracing our bodies for what they are. See you in class!
