Om! First, a thank you to my many teachers. I owe everything that I am, was, and will be to them. I’m a 500-hr RYT from the Sivananda lineage, a Reiki practitioner, a sound healer practicing with the South Beach Sound Healing Orchestra, and the founder of 7 Yoga House (7YGH), an online wisdom pool bridging Eastern philosophy and Western embodiment practices. I have been a yoga practitioner for 16 years and have 2 years of experience teaching yoga in both group and private settings at resorts, studios, and online.

Prior to yoga, I spent a decade working as a creative and marketing professional in wellness and fashion. I have a BFA from NYU Tisch School of the Arts and am currently pursuing graduate study in Yoga Philosophy at Loyola Marymount University.

I have a fondness for science-fiction, cats, plants, ancient places, and old books. I make time to write stories about other worlds, compose poetry, and dive deep into study and contemplation of the stars, Ayurveda, various yogic scriptures, and the fine arts.
