Montse has been a yoga practitioner since the late 90s; forever a student, she is passionate about sharing her knowledge with kindness and humour. Her classes provide a slow-paced, mindful experience that will give you time to sink into the poses and become more aware of your breath, alignment, and overall mind-body connection.
In her classes, Montse really likes making emphasis on alignment, but without sacrificing the individuality of each body, inviting each practitioner to experience for themselves the different variations on offer. Therefore, her classes are ideal for beginners, as well as for more experienced yogis that want to improve their overall strength and flexibility.
Montse has taken several teacher training, including Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga Therapy and is a 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance.
