Hello, I'm Leona Hambarian, yoga instructor originally from Ukraine and currently based in London. My journey with yoga began at the age of 14, stemming from a childhood ailment of the musculoskeletal system. While doctors prescribed therapeutic exercises, I discovered yoga, which not only aided in my recovery but transformed my life, enabling me to embrace a healthier lifestyle.
My expertise primarily lies in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, infused with elements of Ashtanga yoga. I received my certification in 2023 from the "Home of Om Bali" yoga school on the serene island of Bali. My native languages are Russian and Ukrainian, and I also conduct classes in English. With six years of experience practicing Vedic astrology and Vipassana meditation, I bring a holistic approach to my teachings.
I specialize in tailoring yoga sessions to individuals of all levels, whether you're a beginner seeking to explore the practice or someone looking to deepen their yoga journey. My sessions encompass meditation and, upon request, mantra chanting. I offer both online and offline lessons, with the latter taking place at London's picturesque Bartlett Park or in the comfort of my home studio. My sessions can be private as well as for public communities, schools, kindergartens, student groups ,nursing homes etc.
