Mariam Molina is a Registered Yoga teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance.
She specialises in Hatha and Yin yoga (teacher training in 2020), Tantra yoga (teacher training in 2022) and Aerial yoga (trainign in 2022-23).
Passionate of music, sound and mantras, she combines yoga with sound healing using tibetan bowls and other instruments in her sessions and in kirtans.
She loves teaching asanas using sanskrit names and combining physical yoga with meditation, pranayamas, mudras and philosophy.
She wrote a book "Tu Yoga" in december 2022.
