Gadria is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. In May 2023, she completed her 200hr yoga teacher training through Styles Yoga in Albany, NY. Her passion is for teaching gentle yoga which encourages a deeper connection between the mind and body to be formed. 

Gadria is on track to receive her Master's in Social Work (MSW) from Smith College School for Social Work in August 2024.
