Cindy Chan is a dedicated yogi and aromatherapist who uses Ayurvedic and natural approaches to help others achieve holistic wellness. After first-handedly benefitted mentally and physically from yoga, she pursued her career as a yoga instructor. Her teaching emphasises the use of breathwork, mediation and mindfulness techniques along with importance of alignment in the body and mind. She believes the body is a reflection of the mind and it is equally important for both the body and mind to be in harmony. Apart from Yoga Alliance 200-hour yoga teacher training, she was also trained in Children's Yoga (RCYT), Yoga Therapy & Ayurveda (300 YTT), Himalayan singing bowl (Level 2) and Usha Veda Aromatherapy (Level 2).
