Born in 1971 in Athens. First contact with Yoga was in America in 1992 and daily practice now began in 2006. In 2008 and 2009 he completed 500 hours of training in Hatha Yoga at Nasik, India (www.yogapoint. com) under the guidance of Dr. Vishwas Mandlik.In 2014 and 2016 he completed 500 hours of training in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, at Mysore, India (
www.mysoreashtanga.net) , under the guidance of Dr. Ramesh Sherry.
In 2006 and 2007, he completed Swedish, athletic and Ayurvedic massage at the NHS School (
www.nhs.gr), as well as anatomy, pathology, physiology, a total of 900 hours.
In 2007 he completed his first Thai massage training at Sunshine House (
www.thaimassage.gr) by Takis Eiconomou (Krisnhataki). Until 2010, Icontinued to attend seminars, as a student, teacher's assistant and teacher there.
Since 2012,he teaches at Orionas Yoga in Athens Greece
