I was born in Thessaloniki on the 11th September 1976
Since I was a little girl I had many questions about life, relationships and existence. The journey of my life began in a hard environment without the feelings of security, acceptance and peace.
My need for freedom and independence, led me very early to occupy myself in different fields.
I was always attracted by freedom. It was a concept I needed* to experience and discover. I have been through many friendships and relationships, looking always for joy, happiness, peace through the others.
I read somewhere, that If you don’t go through the darkness you will not appreciate Light. I admire the lotus flower that emerges in the dirt, and it comes out clean as it grows. I am grateful for everything I have experienced in my life, as they helped, and they still do in me evolution.
Since the birth of my children, I have started discovering small sunbeams lighting up my existence. My quest has began with Light by my side. I seek Truth through Self-Awareness, Spirituality, Yoga, as a student and a teacher I keep learning with love for what I do.
I attended Raja and Hatha Yoga schools (200 TTC, 300 TTC ), Self-Awareness seminars ( Robert Elias Najemy), Energy Therapy practises ( Scalar Prana), Life Coaching, Theta Healing.
I am a psychologist and have been training for 4 years in gestalt psychotherapy.
I traveled in India seeking the deepest meaning of Yoga, I practice Kriya Yoga Swami’s Shankrananda Giri. I am inspired and work through A Course in Miracles, Advaita Vedanta (Sri Ramana Maharshi, Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj) and Teachings of all Enlightened Beings.
I believe though, that the biggest seminar, is life as it is, every time we face difficulties and have to prove who we are.
I believe that in our journey, each of us, we meet people-teachers, in different roles every time (parents, children, friends, companions, colleagues), just to learn and evolve through the interaction, good or bad, easy or difficult, pleasant or unpleasant.
Through my personal evolution, I share my experiences and everything that helps to find the REAL self. The self of love, peace, joy, harmonic coexistence with family, friends and all beings.
