Welcome to my profile! My name is Alessandra and I am an enthusiast Yoga student and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) from Italy. I teach Hatha Flow, Vinyasa Flow and Gentle Flow classes, with elements of Meditation and specific focus on Alignment. During my 200hours YTT I had the opportunity to approach also Yin Yang and Nidra Yoga, while my daily personal practice is based on Ashtanga Yoga. Mindfulness student, I obtained a 20hours certificate.

Love traveling and being close to nature and I am passionate about sports since I was young, especially Horse riding and Hiking and I am also fond of Photography.
