Edita graduated as a medical doctor in 2018 in Hungary. While studying she worked and volunteered in hospitals as a medical intern all over the world, including Lebanon, Brazil and Indonesia. In her free time she explored yoga, meditation and traditional Chinese medicine.
She is qualified to teach MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) at Brown University and also holds a certificate in Applied Mindfulness-Based Chronic Pain Management Facilitation from the University of Toronto.
She lives in Vancouver, but as a free spirit, you often can find her all over the world, as she keeps discovering the essence of being.
Mindfulness and meditation helped her to have a better understanding of herself, reduce her own anxieties, and promote her well-being. As a former chronic pain sufferer and trauma survivor she is aware of how crucial it is to be trauma-informed and trauma-sensitive. She has a unique combination of understanding the science of medicine and a passion for Eastern philosophies and healing traditions. She believes maintaining physical, mental, and emotional health starts with self-awareness and self-compassion.
She hopes that she can be your guide in your exploration, as you open up to your inner wisdom
