Paulo is a yoga practitioner since 1989 and a certified teacher since 2000, currently registered with Yoga Alliance. He did his Yoga training both in the Indian Himalayas and in South India, still traveling periodically to India to continue his studies. Paulo is an ayurvedic practitioner. He introduced hot yoga and ayurveda training in Portugal in 2006. Paulo is a head teacher in Hatha, hot, ayurveda yoga and meditation TTCs. In June 2014 Paulo started Quinta do Anjo Ashram (city of Tomar)
