Sonja Wäger-Kuhn is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). She is SOMA Breath® Therapy and Transfromational Coach and is combining Yoga and Breathwork in her classes for achieving best health and peak performance, by balancing the nervoussystem. Sonja is teaching regularly at a Yoga School in Hamburg-Volksdorf (Germany) and holding Weekend Soma Breath® and Yoga Retreats on the beautiful Island Rügen. All her classes are teached by deepest knowledge of spiritual backround and more that 20 Years of daylie self studies.
