My vision is to make positive psychology and bodywork accessible to as many people as possible in a simple way, so that they can understand the wisdom of their body and learn to use the enormous abilities of their mental power in a meaningful and targeted way.I believe that we carry a great creative power within us and support people in rediscovering or intensifying contact with their own authentic nature. I see the body as the basis for personal development. Our body serves as a compass for our life decisions, giving us clarity and security.
My work has developed from scientific positive psychology, decades of yoga and meditation training with international trainers and spiritual teachers with a focus on trauma-sensitive mindfulness, traditional Chinese medicine and modern neurobiology research according to Prof. Huberman.
