Personal statement:

Grounded in over 13 years of personal practise and fuelled by natural curiosity, I am committed to professional development and self study. I am passionate about supporting others on their journeys with a focus on creating opportunities where people can be empowered to connect to themselves, others, and the world around them.

Yoga teacher - Hatha, Vinyasa flow, Power and Yin.

Alongside teaching the the physical practise of yoga, I incorporate breathing techniques, mindfulness and meditation into my teaching.

Holistic practitioner - Certified in Hypnotherapy, Basic Counselling Skills, Mental Health First Aid and Reiki.

Well being facilitator - corporate well being.

I support employees holistic well-being in the workplace by listening to what the individual employee needs. I then provide support wither within the workplace and/or sign-posting.

Volunteer / Charity Work - Listening volunteer at The Listening Place (TLP) which is a charity for people who  have attempted suicide and/or ideation. I also volunteer at a women's charity for inter relational trauma.
