Wylie started practicing yoga in 2019, initially as a form of exercise to address common problems faced by urbanites such as shoulder, neck, and back pain. After exploring and learning different forms of asana practices, he gradually realized that balance between the body and mind is more important than anything else. Practicing yoga is not just a form of exercise, but also a process of searching for the inner self.
