Sila Atikol is an experienced yoga teacher, E-RYT200, mostly focusing on teaching Vinyasa Yoga, among with Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra. Her teaching style focuses on creative sequences progressively building up to a peak pose or a mood, incorporating the main values of yoga philosophy, helping her students find ease in the body and in mind.
She is also providing education and mentorship to fellow yoga teachers as a YACEP.
