I believe Yoga is for everyone. Every age, body type, and gender can benefit from developing a consistent practice. I do not believe that you must have the perfect body or Asana in order to be an amazing Yogi. I especially like to share my practice with people who are otherwise under represented in the Yoga community.
I started my Yoga journey in the late 90s and have been practicing regularly for several years now. I am trained Pranayama based Hatha yoga from the Akasha Yoga Academy where I received my RYT 200 certification.
I am currently giving private lessons.
