Have you ever felt racing thoughts, bodily tension, and shaky breath? These symptoms led Bre to a yoga studio in 2013, searching for a cure. Bre found not only a prescription for yoga and meditation, but a creative fitness outlet as well. She teaches the things from yoga that make her smile and bring levity to her day. Bre completed her 200 hour RYT in 2021 through Fluid Yoga School while studying at Samudra studio in Biddeford ME. Bre welcomes students of all levels, shapes, and sizes to sync their breath with movement and connect with themselves.
