I believe that Yoga for is a life skill one that we should incorporate into our daily routine. It equips us with the physical, emotional, and soulful resilience to thrive in our world today.
My purpose is simple, I would like even more people to develop the life skill of Yoga. For even more people to gain the emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing that yoga brings.
I studied Seasonal Yoga. Seasonal yoga is an integration of traditional yoga and Chinese philosophy. We apply this ancient wisdom and knowledge of nature’s seasonal changes to our yoga practice and our life.
