Courtney offers an inclusive class for any who wish to begin or continue their practice. This is a trauma informed space; welcome to all.

Courtney currently works as a Youth Worker in Mental Health and Addictions and is a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher through the Yoga Alliance. Courtney has certifications in Yoga Therapy for Anxiety, Yoga Therapy for Depression, Yoga for Trauma Informed yoga practice, Prenatal Yoga, Yoga for Mental Health and Body Image, Yoga for Grief, and is a Meditation Instructor. Courtney completed her Reiki I, II, Reiki Master, Reiki Instructor Certification, H.E.A.R.T Certification (1:1 session for discovering and healing the root cause of your challenges in life!) and continues to learn in free time, while being a wife and a mom to a busy toddler!

Courtney is currently studying to become a Clinical Yoga Therapist, and is excited to offer this service in the future, focusing on advanced learning in Mental Health and Addictions, Chronic Pain, Multiple Sclerosis, and Cancer.
