Anika Aleong is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Anika is also a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT), a certified Yin Yoga Instructor and has a Diploma in Yoga Training with a distinction from the CPD Standards Office, another internationally accredited training provider.
She has been a disciplined yoga practitioner since 2017 and is able to impart her knowledge of yoga drawing from her many years of tertiary teaching and lecturing experience.
She keeps her love of yoga current by offering multi-styled yoga at open spaces, in studios and online for all levels as well as constant research, studying and collaboration with colleagues in India.
Her classes are devoid of ego with a focus on the breath, alignment, movement and lots of smiles.
