I have a passion for movement, for inspiring people to work at their edge in every asana, for growth and continual exploration with a curious mind.
I bring warmth and encouragement with a smile and a strong energy to each and every class. Serving others through the provision of a practice within which each person can unleash their potential, unite in mind, body and spirit and thrive through connection with others. Students departing the studio feeling uplifted, accomplished, accepting, content, joyful and complete with their practice is my ultimate aim.
Lucy Taylor is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
