Brazilian, living in Chania - Crete/Greece
Professional experience in designing and leading flow and vinyasa yoga classes. In July 2021, completed an Advanced 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (RYT) in Brazil, and acquired an in-depth knowledge about postures, breathing techniques, and spiritual elements of yoga teaching. In 2022 I did in Brazil a specialization in Yoga for pregnant women and Baby Yoga, a 20-hour course. And I also finished the Sound Healing course.
I performed Tantra yoga and Sound healing retreats in paradisiacal places in Brazil, teaching active meditation techniques and yoga nidra with sound healing. I am currently teaching in Greek resorts.
