I practice yoga since 2009. It took me 8 years of Iyengar method. In 2017 I met Ashtanga and fell in love for some time. Since 2020 I am experimenting with Vinyasa. I am an artist and voice teacher since 2010, so I used (and still use) yoga a lot in my body-voice development and teaching elements of yoga during my art projects since 2016.
I made Yoga Vinyasa RYT 200 in 2022 with Up Dog Yoga Education and now I teach Vinyasa - medium and moderate intensity and also Slow Flow using elements of Hatha Yoga & Jin Yoga, depending on an hour and on the group. I also teach the basics of Ashtanga.
I am working on my own method of Voice Yoga for many years already and combining this forms on an individual classes since 2016 and on a workshops since 2018.
