🇬🇧🇮🇹 Passionated yoga student for several years, she started her academic journey in the field while she was living in Thailand in 2012, where she deepened mainly the philosophic and meditative aspect of the discipline. She took part to intensive meditation Vipassana courses as thought by S. N. Goenka and Thai Forest Tradition (Thailand, Myanmar, Indonesia, Nepal). Back to Europe in different countries, she kept visiting Asia and in Bali (Ubud) she achieved her first Yoga Alliance Certificate (Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga) and since then kept constantly studying and practicing. In 2022 she visited India, where she achieved the 300h multistyle certificate ( Rishikesh) and attended workshops and intensive courses in Varkala, Kerala.
Registered teacher (RYT500) in continuum education, Federica truly loves sharing what has learned from precious masters around the world and especially how the constant commitment and practice keep motivating and surprising her.


🇮🇹 Praticante appassionata di yoga da tanti anni, , inizia il percorso formativo della disciplina in Thailandia, Chiang Mai (dal 2012 al 2015), approfondendo prevalentemente gli aspetti filosofici e meditativi della materia. Dopo aver partecipato a vari ritiri e corsi intensivi (Vipassana S. N. Goenka e Thai Forest Tradition in Thailandia Birmania, Indonesia e Nepal), prosegue con la formazione per insegnanti della Yoga Alliance, conseguendo il primo certificato a Bali e successivamente a Rishikesh e Varkala, India. Insegnante registrata (RYT500) in continua formazione, ama trasmettere ciò che ha appreso negli anni da preziosi maestri e soprattutto ciò che la disciplina continua a donarle attraverso la pratica quotidiana.
