Psyche is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2022 through Ancient Heart Yoga, with by Léah Purugganan Slagenwhite. Psyche is also certified in Primordial Yoga (30hr training certified prior to completion of their 200hr YTT) which is a sacral and root chakra based yogic dance fusion practice, created by Leah Purugganan Slagenwhite.
Psyche focuses mainly on Primordial Yoga, Hatha, and Vinyasa, incorporating mythologies from many different cultures as well to create diverse classes in movement and in spirit.
