Yogi Ranjan is an experienced yoga practitioner and teacher with over 10 years of experience in the field. He is a devoted follower of Shiva and has traveled extensively throughout India to deepen his knowledge of yogic science.
Yogi Ranjan is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Yogi Ranjan has completed several yoga teacher training programs, including 500 hours of Iyengar style yoga in Rishikesh, 200 hours of Hatha Yoga at Shree Ram Yogashala in Cuttak, 300 hours at Swamy Vivekananda College in Bangalore, and 200 hours of Hatha Yoga at 1000 Yoga Academy in Bangalore. He has also completed 500 hours of Power Yoga at Akshar Yoga in Bangalore.

As a spiritual traveler, Yogi Ranjan has had the opportunity to practice under the guidance of many high-level gurus in the Himalayas and various age-old holy and spiritual places in India. He has attained diksha from Shri Sadguru of Isha Foundation and continues to practice diligently.

Yogi Ranjan is an elite member of the USA Yoga Alliance and is currently pursuing his MA in Sanskrit from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University. He envisions promoting a mix of yoga, spirituality, and holistic events for the betterment of society.

At Isha Foundation, Yogi Ranjan underwent an intensive spiritual training program that focused on inner transformation through yoga and meditation. The program included various practices such as:

Hatha Yoga - Yogi Ranjan learned the classical Hatha Yoga asanas, which are designed to bring balance and harmony to the body, mind, and energy system.

Shambhavi Mahamudra - This is a powerful meditation practice that helps to create a deep inner sense of calm and well-being. It involves the use of a simple yet potent yogic practice called Shambhavi Mudra, which involves the use of the breath and specific eye movements.

Inner Engineering - This program is designed to help individuals discover their inner self and unlock their full potential. It includes various practices such as Shambhavi Mahamudra, yoga asanas, and meditation.

Bhoota Shuddhi - This is a powerful purification process that helps to cleanse the five elements (earth, water, fire, air, and space) within the body and create a strong foundation for spiritual growth.

Through these practices, Yogi Ranjan was able to deepen his understanding of yogic science and develop a strong foundation for his personal practice and teaching.
