Sarah Colgrove is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. Sarah completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training at the Bhakti Center in New York City in 2022. She is honored to be able to serve at the Bhakti Center and pass on the knowledge of her teachers to others.
