Amber started her fitness journey 2009 to build her self-confidence, and bring more self-love into her life. She later received her certification to teach pole fitness through X-PERT teacher training in 2010. She became the owner of Apple Jelly Studios in 2012, and later received her 200hr YTT (Yoga certification) in 2022 Through High Vibration Living. In 2023 she received her functional flow certification through High Vibrations living .
She has performed in multiple showcases, judged professional pole fitness competitions, offers private yoga and pole lessons and she has personally trained with some of the best athletes and performers in the world. Her passion is making her students feel confident while building mental and physical strength they never thought was possible.
She truly believes yoga is the cure for all suffering. The asana practice will keep your body functioning while the mental practice will bring peace .
