As a college student in my early twenties, I became very interested in healthy foods and their nutritional value. Out of curiosity and a strong sense for holistic health, I embarked on the journey of becoming a Yoga Teacher and Nutritionist.
These trainings have transformed me in ways I never imagined would be possible. I dove deeper and deeper into the spiritual and emotional components of Yoga. Union.The wisdom and love that has been shared and offered in this Community still blows my mind and cracks my heart wide open. I woke up every single day since, knowing: THIS is what I want to do. I want you to remember your truest self, find the deepest love and the most peace in your life. I want to share the knowledge that has been passed on to me and light that same fire within you.
My biggest goal in class is for you to make every practice your own in the most beneficial, uplifting and balancing way possible. Music and your own Breath will guide you through functional, alignment based Vinyasa Flows that allow room to explore and observe from the inside out.
