Teaching of Yoga means for her sharing of her inner determination to encourage people to realise consciously the way how we live, how we react towards everyone and everything around us and what is the relationship towards our inner Self and our bodies. Our bodies are like the temples of our universal soul, which we should treat with a greatest respect in order to bring the harmony into our daily existence and not to take a waking up as a granted moment. Practising of Yoga deepens the relationship with our own divine inner Self and help us detach from our own beliefs and desires. Commitment to practice Yoga is not just about what we do on the mat but mainly how we practice. Same like in the life itself. It's about exploring the beauty of being intentionally present in everything we do and staying calm within inside of us no matter what will be happening around us.
