My name is Alice Cammock and I am a Yin yoga and Vinyasa yoga teacher. I have been part of the yoga world for over 10 years. I find it the most nourishing practice to sustain me on a daily basis, it grounds me, brings me back to my body and keeps me sane. I am a regular meditator and love to incorporate mindfulness practices into my yoga.
I am also a musician and like yoga, use it in all aspects of my life. I pride myself on teaching a yoga experience and being able to help you feel a profound shift in your body. I was born and raised in Christchurch, I love the city and particularly the yoga community in it. I am trained in many areas of yoga, as well as, music, art and English. I have a great love and knowledge for this practice we call yoga.
