Christina Georgiou is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. She has been trained in Trauma-Informed Yoga, Traditional Hatha Yoga and Tantra & Yin/Yang Yoga and the 5 Elements of Ayurveda and TCM. She is a master teacher, offering yoga classes, workshops, courses, trainings, retreats and immersions since 2017, both live (Cyprus & Greece) and online.
Christina Georgiou is also an internationally accredited Master Life Coach, Trauma-Informed Somatic Practitioner, EFT & NLP Master Practitioner as well as an internationally acclaimed and award winning Performance Artist. Above all she is a mother and a student of life. When she is not teaching she is most probably in nature, dancing, making art, writing, traveling or cooking.
