I completed my 200 hour Yoga course with Vital Yoga and 50 hour Yin with Awhi Yoga in Wellington, New Zealand. SUP Yoga Paddleboarding with Tulum SUP Yoga in the Sian Kaan Biosphere in Mexico.
Taught at Well Balanced Boat, Toa CrossFit, Lotus and now teach at Freyberg and WRAC in Wellington New Zealand.
