Beth Manzanares is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Beth is also a speech-language pathologist and communication coach for people with autism and related neurodivergence. As a self-proclaimed neuroscience nerd, Beth loves to blend eastern wisdom with western science to achieve life-changing results with her clients.
