Chaitanya Mayi is a registered Experienced Yoga Teacher (E-RYT)  with Yoga Alliance with over 20 years of teaching experience. 

Her teaching expertise lies in presenting yoga within its rich cultural context and tradition. Skillfully blending the practice of Vinyasa Yoga with a deep appreciation for the spiritual essence of yoga, she incorporates the heart of bhakti into her teachings.

Although the physical practice may be intense, her approach transcends physical postures. Her classes offer a holistic experience that connects mind, body, and spirit, encouraging students to explore the deeper spiritual dimensions inherent in this ancient practice.

She also conducts a comprehensive annual cycle of continuous education program as an Yoga Alliance Continuous Education Provider (YACEP)
